Courses are available to learners globally. There are no geographic restrictions on enrolment, though all instruction and support is provided in English.
4. Learner Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must not share your account with others or allow others to access course materials under your enrolment. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
5. Learner Responsibilities

Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own study. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish course materials in any form without our written permission.
Work you create as part of a course — code, project outputs, written submissions — remains your property. By submitting it for instructor review, you grant us a limited licence to review, comment on, and store it as part of your learner record.
7. Payment Terms
Course fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) on our Solutions page. Payment is due in full before access to course materials is granted. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. All fees include applicable taxes.
Refund Policy
If you request a withdrawal before accessing any course materials, a full refund will be processed within 10 working days. Once you have accessed materials, refunds are not available unless the course is cancelled by Gradient Lab. If you have concerns about fit before enrolling, contact us first — we are happy to discuss which course suits your situation.
